InQuanto v3.5.4 Release

We are pleased to announce that InQuanto has been updated to v3.5.4. Users are recommended to update using the command below as old versions of InQuanto are no longer installable due to the unavailability of certain dependencies.

Instructions to update:

pip install "inquanto[ibm, quantinuum, jupyter, projectq]" inquanto-pyscf inquanto-nglview inquanto-phayes -i <extra-index-url> --upgrade
