Pytket-quantinuum Job Submission Deprecation

Quantinuum is deprecating the job submission API in pytket-quantinuum and is slated to be removed by November 30th, 2025. This impacts users that consume pytket-quantinuum to submit jobs to Quantinuum Systems, including cloud emulators (e.g., H1-1E). Pytket-quantinuum will still exist as a client-side tool for local compilation and local emulation (suffixed with “LE”).

How to access Quantinuum Hardware and Cloud Emulators?
Users can access hardware and cloud emulators using Nexus (Getting Started - Quantinuum Nexus). By migrating to Nexus, users can additionally access Nexus-hosted emulator (Quantinuum Emulators - Quantinuum Systems).
What happens to my jobs submitted using pytket-quantinuum?
All users’ jobs will be retained on Quantinuum servers for 40 days after submission. See data retention policy and guidance here (Frequently Asked Questions - Quantinuum Nexus).
