**How does queueing work with Nexus and H-Series?**

Nexus operates a first-in-first-out (FIFO) queue. Jobs are submitted by users to the FIFO queue. Nexus submits these jobs to the H-Series Fair Share queue in order of submission date.


**How can I see the operational calendar for H-Series?**

The devices page for all H-Series targets displays a calendar 
with all scheduled times the device or emulator will be active. The H-Series emulator in the H-Series stack and within Nexus are available for use 24/7.


**What is the difference between H-Series emulators with the `E` suffix, the `LE` suffix and the `Emulator` suffix?**

Emulators with the `E` suffix are available in the H-Series stack. Emulators with the `LE`` suffix are noisless and hosted in Nexus. Both of these types of emulator targets have a 1-1 to correspondence to a H-Series device. Emulators with the `Emulator` suffix correspond to a machine generation, rather than a specific device, and are hosted in Nexus. `Emulator`-suffixed targets scale in the number of instances in proportion to the number of users requesting access.


**Can I access devices and simulators other than H-Series?**

Yes, other devices like IBM are available for use via Nexus.

**My temporary password has expired. How do I reset it?**

If your temporary password has expired, you will have to contact your organization administrator to reset it for you. They can do this by navigating to the organization page and selecting "Reset password" in the user action menu.
